Overview

This briefing will discuss the ins and outs of obtaining and keeping security clearances for your company and your employees. All Federal agencies require various levels of security clearance for jobs and projects engaged in providing goods or services to the U.S. government involving access to or creation of classified or sensitive information. Higher levels of security clearances are required for areas of Departments of Justice, State, DoD, and all national security positions. This process requires a government or current security holder sponsor and can be arduous, lengthy and if not handled properly, may result in refusal or removal of clearance and loss of work.
