This interagency briefing will take place on Thursday, June 27, 2019 at 11:00am ET and is scheduled for 40 minutes maximum.  It will address best practices for meeting CAP Goal 4 (Improving Customer Experience with Federal Services) of the Presidential Management Agenda. This briefing will highlight the CX goals agencies have for their own organizations and the obstacles they are facing.  We will also provide insight into proven methods for measuring and improving CX.

Attending personnel will include SES leadership support personnel, program personnel responsible for maximizing agency CX, as well as procurement personnel responsible for contracts. . Please feel free to forward this invitation to any other colleagues you feel should be included in this briefing.

Jessica also owns Big Ocean Marketing, a firm providing marketing services to a broad array of industries. Her professional background includes leading the marketing efforts at technology firms like nTAG Interactive, where she focused in CX for events and worked mainly with Fortune 500 companies. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and various technology certifications.

Frank Aloi has been a leader in customer experience research, brand development, forecasting, and marketing strategy for 30 years.  He has developed and implemented successful market strategies through highly customized research initiatives, internal measurement programs, and tailored training systems for some of the largest brands and institutions in the world. Frank has led his firm to become one of the 500 fastest growing privately held companies in the United States and one of the top-10 fastest growing companies in Massachusetts. His professional background includes Market Forecasting and Financial Analyst positions with Massachusetts Financial Services, Millipore Corporation, and the Bank of Boston. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics Economics and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
